ROTHERHOOD COOKING CLASSES ARE BACK – By Popular Request! The first in the series of classes is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16th at 5:30.

Whether you want to actually do the cooking or just eating and socializing, this event is for you! This class is about Italian food. Under the direction of Paul Wertz, we will prepare Lemon Chicken, Eggplant Parmesan, Tiny Roasted Potatoes, Italian Salad, Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil on Flat Bread. The Caterer will supply Tiramisu for dessert. Beer, wine and snacks will be available during the food preparation for those who don’t wish to cook. All attendees will eat this Italian meal and receive a copy of the recipes.

The class is exclusively for Paid-up Brotherhood members including Life Members and Brotherhood guests.

The cost of the class is $25 per person.
