  series of classes is scheduled for Tuesday\, June 16th at 5:30.\n\nWhethe
 r you want to actually do the cooking or just eating and socializing\, thi
 s event is for you! This class is about Italian food. Under the direction 
 of Paul Wertz\, we will prepare Lemon Chicken\, Eggplant Parmesan\, Tiny R
 oasted Potatoes\, Italian Salad\, Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil on Flat Bre
 ad. The Caterer will supply Tiramisu for dessert. Beer\, wine and snacks w
 ill be available during the food preparation for those who don't wish to c
 ook. All attendees will eat this Italian meal and receive a copy of the re
 cipes.\n\nThe class is exclusively for Paid-up Brotherhood members includi
 ng Life Members and Brotherhood guests.\n\nThe cost of the class is $25 pe
