It’s loved so much that a vegetarian version of this spread is even more popular now than the original.
Join Jeffrey Yoskowitz of The Gefilteria for a talk and cooking demo all about chopped liver (minus the actual liver!). Yoskowitz will weave the history of how shtetl life, agriculture, and the structure of family allowed certain food traditions to develop.
