This year, we are re-kindling the poignant Jewish custom of visiting our ancestors at the cemetery between Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur – a time when our tradition teaches that the gates to heaven are wide open, ready for our prayers. This program will include a brief service, followed by time to place rocks on headstones, enjoy the beautiful grounds, and find comfort in the presence of generations.
