Since February, we have witnessed a brutal Russian invasion, an unfolding humanitarian disaster, and the heroism of Ukraine’s people and their (Jewish) president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Dr. Rosenfeld (past president of TBE) has studied, taught, and lectured about Ukraine for more than 25 years – and will be sharing with us some of the fascinating history that is necessary to fully understand this war and its potential consequences. Raymond received his PhD in Political Science, is Professor Emeritus in Political Science at Eastern Michigan University, and spent 1995-96 lecturing at the Ukrainian National Academy of Public Administration under a Senior Fulbright Grant.
