Day for Justice
Everyone is invited to participate in our Day for Justice. In honor of the MLK holiday weekend, we will volunteer and participate in community engagement opportunities. There are options for people of all ages. Let’s all work together to bring a little more justice into our world.

For all ages. We will be doing crafts and playing games with residents of JARC.
DETROIT COMMUNITY FRIDGE
at Temple Beth El

For students 13 through adults. We’ll be cooking casseroles in the TBE kitchen to be donated to the Detroit Community Fridge.
JEWISH SENIOR LIFE

For all ages. Come visit with the residents at Fleischman to decorate cookies and play bingo.
NOAH PROJECT
at Temple Beth El

For ages 4 through adult. Help us make 300 bagged lunches with sandwiches and snacks that will be delivered and served to homeless people on Monday.
PROJECT LINUS
at Temple Beth El

For all ages. Come make fleece blankets to be donated to Project Linus.
DRAW (DISASTER RELIEF AT WORK)

For ages 10 through adult. We will pack buckets with cleaning supplies to be delivered to disaster victims around the US.
DOG TREATS

For all ages. We will get our hands gooey in the batter, making dog treats to be donated to a local animal shelter.
