High Holy Days

If you have not yet made your 2026 Membership Commitment, your member tickets will be held until a commitment is received, commitments can be made here. Membership commitments are essential to sustaining meaningful worship, programs, and services for our entire community.

TBE Parking Entrance/Exit Points

We will have two entry points into the Temple parking lot: the 14 Mile Entrance and the North Telegraph Entrance (look for the large lime green flag). All vehicles should exit either at the 14 Mile Road Exit or the South Telegraph Exit (near the ECC Playground).

Parking Pass

Please ensure your parking pass is prominently displayed on the driver’s side dashboard.

Enhanced Security

As is our tradition during the High Holy Days, we will maintain extra security on the premises. For everyone’s safety, please be aware that bags may be inspected upon entry at the discretion of our security team.

Temple Entrance Points

All congregants may enter through the Chapel entrance or the Sanctuary entrance. For security purposes, the north side doors will be closed for entry. Please be patient if there is a line to enter the building. Individuals ages 13+ must carry and show their individual member or guest ticket to the ushers upon entering the building. No one will be admitted without a ticket. Individuals arriving without a ticket will be asked to go to the “Will Call” station located in the Board Room. Anyone attempting to enter through the chapel doors without a ticket will be directed outside to the sanctuary entrance to access “Will Call.”

Ticket Pickup

If you did not receive your High Holy Day tickets in the mail, please contact Ilene Stone at istone@tbeonline.org before Friday, September 11, 2026. Please note: TBE will be closing at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026.

Guest and member tickets may also be collected at “Will Call” on the day of services in the Board Room, located near the sanctuary foyer. All “Will Call” attendees must enter through the sanctuary doors.

Prayer Books

If you need a Gates of Repentance prayer book (maroon), you may borrow one from the Board Room. If you already have your own copy, please bring it with you, as our supply is limited. A driver’s license is required as collateral when checking out a prayer book.

Silence Your Phones

As a place of worship, we ask that you leave your cell phones at home, in your vehicle, or keep them on silent to respect the sanctity of our services.

Online Participation

If you are unable to attend in person, we invite you to join us online at www.tbelive.org.

Children Activities

Children Activities are available from 10:15 a.m. through the conclusion of the morning service for children ages 1–10 on Rosh Hashanah day and all day on Yom Kippur day. This service is offered at no cost. All children must be checked in at the ECC by a parent or guardian, and the parent/guardian must remain in the building. Please remember to register in advance here.

Tot and Elementary Age Services

If you plan to attend the Tot or Elementary Age Services, no ticket is required. These services are open to the community at no charge.

Please note: Every vehicle must have a parking pass. To obtain a parking pass, contact Ilene Stone at istone@tbeonline.org prior to Friday, September 11, 2026. Upon arrival, please let security know which service you are attending.

Food & Drink

Food and drinks are not permitted in the Sanctuary.

On Rosh Hashanah, please join us for a complimentary community lunch at 12:30 p.m. There is no charge to attend, but advance registration is required. You can register here. At the conclusion of Yom Kippur, we invite you to join your Temple Beth El family for a Break Fast nosh before heading home. You may also choose to stay for our Community Break Fast Meal, which is available for an additional cost. Advance registration is required for the meal. Register here.
