Hear Our History: The Pipe Organ

The Jewish History Detectives

The Leo M. Franklin Archives Presents…
Hear Our History: The Pipe Organ Origins & Demonstration

Get ready for a performance like you’ve never seen before!

4:00 PM – Sunday, November 15 at TBE

Join Dr. Joe Balistreri for a musical journey through time! Joe will do a performative demonstration of the sanctuary organ and weave in stories from recently uncovered archival documents that shed light on the role the organ has played in Jewish music and the impact Beth El organists have had on organ music in America.

Dr. Balistreri’s presentations are filled with excitement, beautiful music, and a deep appreciation for this unique history – you don’t want to miss it!

This program is generously sponsored each year by Dr. Robert (z’l) and Joan (z’l) Jampel
