The Sisterhood of Temple Beth El is a dynamic and integral component of our Temple Beth El community, comprised of a dedicated group of women who actively engage in a diverse array of activities. Our programs are thoughtfully curated to foster personal growth, deepen spiritual connections, and enhance religious understanding among our members. We also host various social gatherings that promote camaraderie and a strong sense of belonging within the Sisterhood.
Beyond internal engagement, the Sisterhood plays a vital role in supporting the broader activities of Temple Beth El. Our commitment is demonstrated through significant contributions to key Temple events, including the annual Purim Carnival. Furthermore, we take pride in recognizing the achievements of our youth, providing meaningful gifts to B’nai Mitzvah students and celebrating the accomplishments of Confirmation and High School graduates, thereby reinforcing their connection to our faith and community.
We support the larger Reform Jewish community through our membership and participation in Women of Reform Judaism, the YES (Youth, Education and Special Projects) and sponsorships for Jewish professionals.
Our annual dues are $54, $72, $100 or $180. Dues include membership to Women of Reform Judaism.
Dues above the $54 level provide additional support for Sisterhood programs.
