Mishloach Manot

Mishloach manot are gifts of food that friends (and prospective new friends!) exchange on Purim. This fun tradition comes from the scroll of Esther, which invites us to celebrate by sending gifts to one another. You can easily make mishloach manot at home and distribute them to your family, friends, or neighbors. Hamantaschen are commonly included, but any food items or treats will work. Just grab a bag or basket, add some treats, and finish it off with a homemade note wishing your recipients a “Chag Purim Sameach” – Happy Purim!
