 \n\nAnna Kislanski\, has served as CEO of the Israel Movement for Reform a
 nd Progressive Judaism (IMPJ) since September 2021\, leading Israel’s gr
 owing liberal Jewish movement through one of the most complex and conseque
 ntial periods in its history. A seasoned leader in Jewish education\, orga
 nizational strategy\, and community development\, Anna previously served a
 s IMPJ’s Deputy Director General (2010–2021)\, overseeing congregation
 al and educational initiatives that helped expand the Reform presence in I
 srael from 23 to 54 communities. Earlier in her career\, Anna served as th
 e Reform Movement’s Central Shlicha to the URJ (2005–2009)\, where she
  was recognized by The Jewish Agency for Israel as its top professional em
 issary. She also held leadership roles with MELITZ\, the Tel Aviv–Los An
 geles Partnership\, and Congregation Or Hadash in Haifa.\n\nAnna holds deg
 rees in Middle Eastern Studies and Educational Counseling. She lives in Ev
 en Yehuda with her husband Arthur and their three children\, where they ar
 e founding members of Kehillat HaShachar.
