 at gives them infinite value. Each year at TBE\, several Temple members sh
 are their personal reflections about the unique challenges that have led t
 hem to a deeper appreciation of life\, tradition\, and community. For 5783
 \, we are proud to welcome Joanne Lax\, and Christa and William Dash.\n\nJ
 oanne Lax is a wife\, grandmother\, successful attorney – and has been b
 lind since her late 20s. She will be talking about her personal journey an
 d the ways she has adapted to her circumstances\, as well as sharing ways 
 in which non-disabled people can better interact with the disabled communi
 ty.\n\nWilliam Dash is a young man who grew up at TBE\, and has spent his 
 entire life dealing with the reality of autism and several additional como
 rbidities. He has also become a regular Torah-reader at Temple\, an accomp
 lished artist\, and a graduate of Oakland University. Not only will he be 
 telling us his story\, but we will be getting a personal reflection from h
