  Shabbat Service\n\nThe Klezmer Academy at Temple Beth El in Bloomfield Hi
 lls will offer a fantastic opportunity for intermediate and advanced music
 ians to explore the vibrant tradition of Klezmer music. The group will be 
 open to 7-12th graders playing wind\, string\, or percussion instruments.\
 n\nRehearsals will run from September to May on Sundays from 9:30 a.m.- 10
 :30 a.m. beginning in the fall of 2024. Students will also be given multip
 le performance opportunities throughout the year. The group will be direct
 ed by Alan Posner who is a founding member and former director of the Kidz
  Klez Band of Michigan\, musical director of the professional Detroit Klez
 mer band "Klezundheit"\, and band director at Bloomfield Hills High School
 .\n\nWe’re offering a chance to check it out on Friday\, May 31\, 2024. 
 Bring your instrument for a 5:30 p.m. rehearsal and then you’ll get to p
 lay at Temple Beth El’s 7:00 p.m. Shabbat service. If you would like to
