WHAT JOB, RUTH AND ESTHER CAN TEACH US
Beginning Saturday morning, July 8, Rabbi Syme will resume what has become a summer Saturday tradition at Temple, a series of thought-provoking lectures enabling us to look at familiar subjects in a Jewish light. In the past, he has reviewed works by Shakespeare, presented the tales of families in the Torah and explored Jewish Law. This year, he will discuss three of our ancestors and what their stories teach us. He will begin with “The Book of Job” on July 8, continue with “The Book of Ruth” on July 15 and conclude with “The Book of Esther” on July 22. We invite you to join us in worship and learning Saturday mornings in July at 10:30 am.
