Our thanks to Rochelle Nelson for accepting the chairmanship of the JARC Mitzvah Coffee Club. In reaching out to JARC residents, Rochelle and interested volunteers will visit one or more of four designated JARC homes each month for coffee and conversation. There is also a possibility of meeting the home residents at a nearby café. Rochelle plans to begin the coffee visits this month. If you are interested in being a coffee club volunteer, please call Rochelle at 248-210-8490.

BETTY SCHARE NAMED

"EVENING IN THE SUKKAH"

CHAIR

For the past two years, Betty Schare has served as the docent for Social Action’s "Evening in the Sukkah". Those in attendance were delighted with her informative presentation. As Chair of this program, she will now officially share her knowledge with our Temple families and those in the community who have not had the opportunity to enjoy a sukkah experience.
