A FAMILY ADVENTURERS UPDATE

We are excited to be the new co-chairs of the Family Adventurers of Temple Beth El.  We thank Alicia Pearlman and Anne Novick for their many years of hard work and dedication to Family Adventurers and TBE.

Our mission is to provide exciting family programming with a Jewish flavor for TBE families.  To that end, Family Adventurers sponsors long-standing events such as the Welcome Back Picnic, Sukkah decorating, the Chanukah Shabbat dinner, Pizza and GaGa and the Cedar Point Trip. Currently, we are creating some sensational new programs in hope that these social events will foster a greater closeness to the Temple and will encourage participation of all members.

Our transition has been a pleasure, beginning with a turnout of 200 TBE members, their families and friends for the Chanukah Shabbat Dinner on December 3, 2010. Everyone joined together to enjoy a wonderful buffet dinner followed by Shabbat services, which were highlighted by our outstanding Youth Choir.
